Experience in Coaching, Consulting and Organisational Change
Since 1994, I have worked in professional development, consulting and change-related contexts. My experience includes systemic coaching, management consulting and organisational development across different professional environments.
I understand the challenges of leadership, collaboration and decision-making from work with private-sector organisations, federally owned companies and international cooperation initiatives.

Good to know before you start
How does a coaching session work?
At the start of the first session, there is a free introductory conversation of about 10 to 15 minutes. The 60-minute coaching session then follows. We clarify your concern, look at relevant perspectives and connections, and develop possible next steps.
Does coaching take place online or in person?
All one-to-one coaching sessions take place online by video conference. This allows me to work with professionals throughout Germany and internationally, regardless of their location. Coaching sessions are conducted in English.
How long is a coaching session?
A single coaching session lasts 60 minutes. For more complex or longer-term concerns, a coaching package of five sessions may be a good choice. This gives you enough time to work on a topic in depth and to be accompanied through your development over several steps.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is an essential foundation of my coaching work. I treat the content of coaching conversations discreetly and confidentially.
