Since 1994, I have supported organisational development and change processes in the private sector, federally owned companies and public organisations in Germany and internationally. My project experience spans more than 30 countries.
As an organisational development consultant and systemic coach, I help organisations shape change processes in ways that reflect their goals, structures and people. I combine systemic perspectives with practical consulting approaches, taking account of both organisational objectives and the people involved in implementing change.
Organisational development and change management
Changes to structures, responsibilities and work processes often involve different interests, expectations and ways of working. I support organisations in understanding these dynamics, involving relevant stakeholders and developing workable approaches to change.
The focus may include clarifying roles and responsibilities, improving collaboration, supporting new leadership arrangements or helping teams adapt to changing organisational requirements.
Leadership and people development
Successful organisational development also depends on developing the capabilities of managers and employees. Depending on the organisation’s needs, I support the planning and design of leadership development, employee development and tailored training measures.
These may focus on leadership skills, communication, collaboration, new responsibilities or the capabilities needed to navigate change. The aim is to align development measures with the organisation’s objectives and the practical needs of the people involved.
