Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person, for example name, email address, telephone number or IP address.
We collect and process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate this website, to process your enquiries or to fulfil contractual or legal obligations.
3. Visiting our website
When you visit our website, the web server processes technically necessary information. This may include in particular:
- IP address of the accessing device
- date and time of access
- pages or files accessed
- amount of data transferred
- browser and operating system used
- referrer URL
- status of the request
The processing takes place in order to provide the website technically, to ensure the security and stability of the service and to enable trouble-free operation.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing our website securely and reliably.
The data collected in this process is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the stated purposes. Further storage only takes place if this is necessary to clarify a security incident or due to legal obligations.
4. Hosting of the website
Our website is operated by a hosting provider commissioned by us.
The hosting provider processes in particular the technical data generated when the website is accessed, as part of hosting and the technical security of our website.
The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where the hosting provider processes personal data on our behalf, this takes place on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
The hosting provider in question:
Neue Medien Münnich
Hauptstrasse 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany
5. Contacting us by email or telephone
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the personal data you provide, in particular your name, your contact details and the content of your enquiry.
The processing takes place in order to handle and answer your enquiry.
Depending on the content of the enquiry, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, if your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling enquiries.
We store your information only for as long as is necessary to handle your enquiry. The data is then deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply or further storage is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
6. Contact form
If you use the contact form offered on our website, we process the data you enter, in particular:
- first and last name
- email address
- telephone number
- company name, if provided
- content of your message
The details marked with an asterisk are required in order to handle your enquiry. Further details are voluntary.
The processing takes place exclusively for the purpose of handling your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, if your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries.
Please do not submit particularly sensitive personal data via the contact form, in particular no information about your health, your mental condition or other special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR.
The data is deleted as soon as your enquiry has been finally processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply or further storage is legally required.
7. Booking, payment, withdrawal and refunds
When you book a single session or a coaching package, we process the data you enter in the booking form, in particular:
- first and last name as well as position or function
- telephone number and email address
- for business customers: company name, billing address and VAT ID
- preferred appointments and the content of your message
- whether you are booking as a private customer (consumer) or a business customer and – if you tick the relevant box – your express request that the service begin before the end of the withdrawal period
We process this data to handle your booking, to arrange appointments, to issue invoices and to perform the coaching contract.
Payment: Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer. In this process, we receive the payer’s account details through the incoming payment, in particular the name of the account holder and the IBAN.
Refunds and your IBAN: If your contract is withdrawn from, or an amount is to be refunded for another reason, we will refund it to the account from which the payment was made. If we do not already have the IBAN of this account from your incoming payment, we ask you to tell us your IBAN and the name of the account holder. Without this information, we cannot carry out the refund. We use it exclusively for the refund.
Withdrawal function: If you declare a withdrawal using the withdrawal function on our website, we process the data you enter (name, address if applicable, email address and details of the contract) as well as the date and time of receipt. We use it to process your withdrawal and to confirm receipt to you automatically by email.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance or reversal of the contract) and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, insofar as we are subject to legal obligations, for example to confirm the withdrawal or due to retention obligations under commercial and tax law.
For payments from or to other countries, the payment data is transmitted via the banks involved as part of payment transactions.
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the stated purposes and no statutory retention periods (for example for invoices and accounting records) prevent this.
